 Detection of light-chain monoclonal gammopathy
of undetermined significance. Authors: Gasparini SM, García MD, Facio ML, Bresciani PD, Burgos R Abstract: A case of light chain monoclonal gammopathy
of undetermined significance in a 55 years old
patient with mild hypertension and elevated
creatinine is described.
The only particular findings were increased
kappa/lambda ratio in serum ratio and excretion
of monoclonal kappa free light chains detected
by immunofixation and SDS-PAGE in urine. The
patient is stable, and tracked without specific
