Mycosis fungoides with large cell transformation

Abstract: We report a 61 year old man referred with a diagnosis
of mycosis fungoides (MF) in tumor-stage. The patient
was treated with interferon- α (IFN-α), methotrexate and
PUVA without response. Subsequently, methotrexate was
changed to bexarotene. After a parcial response, he developed
a quick skin lesional progression and adenopathies
appeared. New biopsies showed a transformed MF.
